LAST MESSAGE ABRAHAM MASLOW

Abraham Harold Maslow was born on April 1, 1908 in Brooklyn, New York. He is the first child of seven brothers from a Jewish family who is uneducated immigrants from Russia. BA, MA and PhD in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin. Famous book written include Toward a Psychology of Being, Motivation and Personality, The Further reaches of Human Nature and the few articles published in the Journal of Humanistic Psychology. The theory is Maslow's famous hierarchy of needs. Maslow's theory states that human needs are arranged in a hierarchy. These needs are physiological needs, safety and security, social, self-esteem and self-actualization.

Physiological needs is the need to eat, drink, shelter and freedom from pain. Safety and security needs is the need for freedom from the threat, the threat of the event or the environment. Social needs is the need for interaction, affiliates, friends and love. The need for self-esteem is the need for self-esteem and respect from others. Akutualiasasi self needs is the need for optimization of abilities, skills and potential.

Maslow assumes that people try to meet better the needs of basic (physiological) before directing the behavior that needs higher (self-actualization). Needs which have been met subsided power motivation. Maslow thought that people have a desire to move forward. This assumption may be true for some employees, but not for other employees.

Truth of this theory is still disputed, because it is not scientifically tested by Maslow. Maslow explains that only adults have to meet physiological needs of 85%, 70% safety and security needs, social needs of 50%, 40% need for self-esteem, and 10% self-actualization needs. The critics believe that thinking about the size of such satisfaction, no sense when talking about the satisfaction of blue-collar workers. The blue-collar workers just trying to stay alive.

The need to prioritize the needs for survival, the adequacy of any psychological risks will still try to accomplish. The emphasis on the needs of human causes and that the more greedy basis of capitalism today. "The practice of business with the capitalist culture was in crisis as a monster who preyed on his own. Capitalism and the business on the basis of capitalism is not sustainable and will have no future "said Zohar and Marshall.

At the end of his life, Abraham Maslow himself felt that it really needs is a pyramid made gluttons like this. Maslow's pyramid of needs revising, which needs the right pyramid is inverted, so that needs to be the main priority is self-actualization needs, which upholds the values, moral standards, beliefs and kindness and benefit to other human beings.

BUILDING THE FUTURE ATTITUDE

Attitude is usually used in describing people and explaining behavior. Attitudes can be defined as a constant tendency to feel and behave in a particular way of an object. While Chapman Edwood defines attitude as a way to communicate or express a mood or character to others.

Managers should be interested in the attitudes of their employees because of his warning against the potential problems and because attitudes affect behavior. Employees who are satisfied and committed, for example, has come out and absenteeism rates are lower. If the manager wants the application to stop and roll down - especially among those who are productive employees - they'll want to do things that will evoke a positive work attitude, writes Stephen Robbins in Organizational Behavior.

Attitudes consist of three components, namely emotional, and behavioral information. Emotional components of emotional intelligence refers to the impact of organizational behavior. The types of emotions in the world of work consisted of anger, fear, love, love, sadness and surprise. Rational intelligence (IQ) contributed only 4% of the success of the real world, according to Sternberg in his book Intelligence Succesfull. Thus the role of emotional intelligence is even greater. Humor that is part of the pleasure. "Humor is by far the most prominent behavior that shows the human intellect" said Edward deBono, an organization of creativity. "We liked the organization that is not ancient, people with a sense of humor" explained Herb Kelleher, CEO of Southwest Airlines. Macromedia staff use humor to provide a ladder that allows employees spun off from the second floor to the kitchen company.

Components of information concerning the trust and individual information about an object. Trust is the emotional force that begins with self-esteem and sense of self so that we are called to radiate to others, such as the radius of a circle, which eventually mengimbas to everyone in our team, our department, in our division or the entire company , Cooper and Sawaf writes in the book Executive EQ. "Believe in yourself and everyone around you so much that you give your 70% who had and in the process of making thousands of managers and employees millionaires" said Bill Gates. "Network of trust is very precious" said Minoru Makihara, Director of Mitsubishi Corporation.

Behavioral component consists of the tendency of people to behave in a particular way of an object. Behavioral component consists of motivation, ways of thinking, how to act and how to interact. Maslow's theory of motivation to prioritize the needs of survival, that is physiological, which resulted in the very crisis of meaning, lack of belief in anything, the low standard of morality, selfishness, cruel and low self-esteem which is a consequence, the lack of goals and values, sense of tire that is characteristic of most 20th-century life in the developed Western world is strong evidence to reverse the priorities of capitalism. At the end of his life, Abraham Maslow himself felt that it really needs inverted pyramid, so that needs to be the main priority is self-actualization needs, which upholds the values, moral standards, beliefs and kindness and benefit to other human beings. "Verily in Paradise there are homes for people who do good, including those who do good to his family and his followers" the word of the Prophet
