GREAT COMPANY
In the book In Search of Excellence, written by Thomas J. Peters and Robert H. Waterman, Jr.., States that the factors that cause companies great, one of the key is "concern". Nothing more prominent theme in great companies than respect for the individual. A great company is a company that treats its human resources with respect and dignity. Companies who view their employees as partners and not as a tool.
Instead the company is not successful, if you look at human resources as a tool. For example in the normal conditions for meningkatkankan company profits by doing layoffs on a large scale. If this is done then the company will not be successful in the long run. Several companies in Indonesia still sees man as a tool. The new issue was widely, having held the largest shares of foreign companies, but they are not losing money, but to increase profits to the employees laid off as a way out. Unless employees are given the freedom to opt out out of the company with certain severance payments, but not forced to layoffs. Corporate leaders who just thought the benefits of the company alone is a narrow minded, so that such companies are deviating from the 1945 Constitution, namely Article 33, the economy developed as a joint effort based on the principle of the family. So should the owners not the employees laid off, but the leadership of the company. The company also deviate from the Company Social Responsibility. Such companies clearly see the company as a tool of human resources and will not be successful in the long run.
"A good company can know exactly where the productivity can be produced with good and without limit. Productivity comes from employee groups that challenged, empowered, have the spirit and appreciated. Productivity comes from each individual, making each person as part of every step taken and allow each person to think, have a role in the success of a company. In doing this, the productivity that we can not gradually but doubled "said Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric.
Meanwhile, Floris A. Maljers, while Unilever's CEO stated "the biggest obstacle faced by firms in the face of globalization is the limited human resources and not the capital resources".
The success of the companies most admired world reflects the magic that is achieved with respect to human resources rather than manipulate the human resources and looking at human resources as a tool. Companies that are able to respect the human resource is a great company.

ANALYSIS TOOLS TO FALL AND STATE AWAKENING
Analysis tool that is still powerful enough to find a country downs presented by Ibn Khaldun in 808 H. (1406) in his Prolegomena. Ibn Khaldun's contribution on economic principles with cross-disciplinary dynamic models (Chapra, 2000). The entire model can be summarized by Ibn Khaldun in his advice to the king as follows: (1) The power of sovereignty (al-mulk) can not be maintained except by implementing sharia, (2) Sharia can not be implemented except by a sovereign (al-mulk). (3). Sovereignty will not gain power unless supported by human resources (ar-rijal). (4). Human resources can not be maintained unless the property (al-mal). (5). Property can not be obtained except by the construction of (al - Imarah). (6). Development can not be achieved except by justice (al-adl). (7) Justice is the criterion (al-mizan) which God used to evaluate human and (8) Sovereignty contain loads of responsibility to uphold justice.
This advice, in Ibn Khaldun's own words, consists of eight principles (hikamiyyah sentence) of political wisdom, each connected to another to gain power, in a cycle path where the beginning and end can not be distinguished. This reflects the dynamic character and cross-discipline of Ibn Khaldun's analysis. He is cross-disciplinary as connecting all the political and socioeconomic variables are important, such as the Sharia (S), the political authority or wazi (G), human or rijal (N), or the mall property (W), development or Imarah (g) and justice or al-adl (j), in an interdependent rotation cycle, influencing each other and in turn will be influenced by others as well. Considering the operation of this cycle occurs in a chain reaction in a long perioede dynamism dimension included in the overall analysis and helps explain how political factors, moral, social, economic and continuously interact and influence the progress and setbacks or fall and built a civilization . In a long-term analysis such as this, do not apply ceteris paribus clause because no variables are constant (fixed). One of the variables to act as a trigger mechanism and the others can react in the same way, the whole in one sector will not permeate to other variables and this led to the possibility that the sectors diperbaikinya damaged along with travel time or the decline of civilization will occur slowly . Will occur sectors others reacted in the same direction with the trigger mechanism, the whole will gain momentum through a chain reaction of mutual berhubunghan so difficult to identify because of the effect. This causal cycle is called the Cycle of Justice which can be used as an analytic tool powerful enough.

FOUNDATION LEADERSHIP (2)
FOUNDATION LEADERSHIP (1)
According to Drucker, the foundation of effective leadership is thinking about the vision and mission of the organization, define, and enforce a clear and real. Leaders set goals, determine priorities, and establish and monitor standards. Meanwhile, according to Tony Buzan in his book The Power of Spiritual intelligence, vision is defined as the ability to think or plan for the future wisely and imaginatively, using a mental picture of the situation can and may occur in the future.
"Leadership is the core of the strategy" said Jack Trout. No one will follow you if you do not know where to be moved. Akio Morita Sony gives direction to find new markets with the title "pioneer spirit". "Sony is a pioneer and was never intended to follow the others. Through progress, Sony wants to serve the whole world. Sony will always be the inventor of the unknown. Sony has a principle of respect and support the ability of a person and always brought the best out of someone. This is a vital force for the Sony "Morita said. Sony created the handycam, the first home video recorder and floppy disk. The most famous success was the idea Walkman tetantang Morita.
"A computer on every desk in every home, running Microsoft device" said Bill Gates. So when Bill Gates created the MS-DOS, it makes the Windows operating system as well as home use window (window) that causes Bill Gates became the world's richest entrepreneurs. It is not really true that only Bill Gates alone is responsible for placing PCs in offices and in homes around the world, but Bill Gates has a vision to see what is possible and the desire to turn that vision into reality.
Thomas Watson Sr.. company renamed Computing Tabulating Recording Company to International Business Machines (IBM), although not yet operate at internationally, but Thomas Watson had a vision that the company later became the company that operates internationally. When Watson called the International Business Machines (IBM) a lot of people when it was ridicule. Some even say that Watson gave the name of exaggerating the company. But now IBM is a modern company and its managers become role models to suit a white shirt, plain tie, the spirit of extraordinary selling. In 2003 this IBM Computer Company was selected as the most amazing world of Fortune magazine.
SIMPLICITY AS A STRATEGY
Simplicity is one of the core strategy. Mastering one word in the head, a simple word to achieve competitive advantage. Emery Air Freight, stand 1946 is the first air cargo company in the world. Emery trapped, rather than focusing on a particular cargo services, cargo services even offer any. Overnight cargo services, services for two days, a small packet service and a large package of services. Whatever you send Emery will serve him. In the early 1970s the Federal Express is a new player struggling in the delivery business. But with the brilliant CEO Fred Smith makes a strategy that focuses on delivery of goods semalan (overnight) only. The word "last night (overnight)" this is what led to the triumph of Federal Express.
Volvo has one word security (safety) in the minds of consumers. The result, a few decades ago have become a Volvo luxury car sales in Europe and the highest in the American States. When the brand has had a simple word that is easy to remember, it is difficult for competitors to take the word. Can you produce a safer car from Volvo?. Maybe you can produce safer cars from Volvo, like a Saab, Audi, and Mercedes Benz, but in the minds of consumers who have a simple word safety, was Volvo.
BMW uses simple words that are driving to complete the ultimate driving machine (a nice car driving). With this simplicity becomes mobilo BMW European luxury with the second highest sales in the United States.
"One of the most destructive tendencies during the last 40 years is the belief that if you are easily understood, your vulgar language. When I was growing up, economists, physicists, psychologists, leaders in all disciplines will always try to make themselves easily understood. Einstein spent year after year with three different assistants to create his theory of relativity is understood by a layman. John Maynand Keynespun strive to make economic theories easily understood "komentarter Drucker in his book The effective executive. "Strategic ideas were great almost always appears with the simple words" writes Jack Trout of Trout On Stratey book.
